furniture products come with a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty,
covering product replacement or repair only. If within one (1) year of
purchase, your product fails due to quality of craftsmanship, please contact
our Customer Service Department immediately.
Warranty Exclusions
Normal shrinkage, swelling, hairline cracks and minor warpage of wide boards
on furniture is to be expected and is not a structural defect and is
therefore not covered.
Your Quality-Teak.Com furniture requires some routine maintenance. Please
take care to treat your furniture like the fine product it is. Proper care
and use are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty.
Quality-Teak.Com will not replace your furniture if improper maintenance or
improper use causes damage. This warranty does not apply if your product is
damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal
wear and tear, or accidents: including burns, cuts, scratches, tears,
scuffs, watermarks, indentations or pet damage
The warranty does not apply to items offered at discounted levels, via our
specials page, eBay, e-flyer or paper flyers
Please take photos of the damage on the furniture, and send it to Quality-Teak.Com
in a digitized format to enable us to assess the defect or damage. If the
defect or damage passes as a manufacturer's defect, We will advise you to 1)
get an estimate for a repair, or 2) will authorize a replacement. |
