Order Terms and Conditions

Dimensions & Weight
Dimensions, weights, design features and hardware may vary slightly from the pictures shown online as all products are hand made. We reserve the right to make construction changes to our furniture from time to time in order to incorporate improvements. No changes will be made to the overall design, appearance or aesthetics without your prior approval.

Deposits and balances payable
For in-stock furniture, we require 100% full payment at time of order, and a 50% non refundable deposit on custom or made or order furniture. The deposit guarantees and secures the production of your furniture. The balance is due upon completion of the furniture and prior ocean shipping from Indonesia.

Arrival & Delivery to Local Warehouse
If upon arrival at our designated consolidated warehouse, the customer can not take delivery of the furniture for an extended period of time (more than 5 workings days from the arrival date) the warehouse may assess storages charges, these generally begin after the seventh day in storage and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Lead Times
Our order lead times are given as an approximate duration to be expected when you purchase your furniture, every effort will be taken to fulfill within that time. We will not sacrifice quality for time in building your furniture, understand that our production takes place in another country and is shipped via ocean freight to the USA, delays can occur which are out of our direct control, therefore we may not meet an exact completion date. Such a delays does not give the right to cancel, and we are not able to refund once a order has been added to our production line. We will keep you updated frequently as to the status of your order.

Lumber Color & Gradation
The lumber used in our construction varies in color and grain as the original wood source can be from many different areas, although we select a premium grade lumber for the production of our furniture, variations will occur and may be evident in your furniture to varying degrees. (Especially lighter color finished furniture) This is part of the unique character of furniture made from solid wood and should be expected. The lumber also may have small knots in it. We are not able to guarantee clear boards, totally free from knots or streaks this is part of the natural characteristic of a tree.

Finishes
We use solvent-based stains with a shellac and waxed finish, which are hand applied to every piece of our furniture. Each board of lumber may take stain slightly differently. Small variations in color may occur from piece to piece because of the nature of the grain, the amount of figuring in each board and the porosity of the grain in the lumber. However, every piece of furniture when complete, has to meet our standard for color and consistency throughout the piece. The furniture on our website and stain samples shown online are subject to these variations and your furniture may vary slightly from these samples.

Ground Shipping from our California Consolidated Warehouse
In arranging delivery of your furniture, it is often difficult to coordinate a particular carrier with your schedule. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs and we ask for your understanding in arranging delivery. All furniture crates are inspected and are in good condition when it leaves our California warehouse. All damage incurred en route is the responsibility of the shipping company. Inspect your furniture crates immediately upon arrival, refuse the delivery if there is obvious damage to the packaging or accept it conditionally making sure to note this on the shippers bill of lading, then contact us immediately if you discover any damage to enable us to make a claim with the carrier.

Pricing
We will attempt to honor our published prices; however, they are subject to change without prior notice, however once we have accepted an order the furniture price is guaranteed. Shipping charges are always quoted as an estimate based on experienced shipments, we reserve to right to pass on additional shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy
We will only accept a cancellation the last day prior to an order being scheduled to be shipped from our workshop in Bali, Indonesia, cancellation charges on our standard sized items will be assessed at our discretion. Custom or made to order pieces cannot be cancelled without a forfeiture of your 50% deposit.
